Scientific Program

The IEEE CIS has approved the rescheduling of the conference for five (5) days from the 26th to the 30th of October. The conference starts every day at 7:00 (AM) UTC-4. We are sorry that the different Daylight Saving Times schedules are causing some confusion. We have now fixed the time zone displayed below to be UTC-4. However, once you import the iCalendar to your prefered application, the displayed time would most likely be changed automatically to your local time zone.
